My only saving grace today was that the lady serving up the food into the bowls somehow managed to scoop up a fairly good number of potatoes for me, which made the dish at least partially edible. Luckily, I was able to give the rest away to a hungry student (a junior).
The salad was edible (and back to normal, size-wise!).
The soup was not edible, so I gave it to my usual vacuum cleaner. I actually offered him my main dish, too, but he turned that down!
